Civil engineering technicians are highly sought after in a number of industries including construction, mining, transportation, and road construction.
Many of the things we use every day are impacted by civil engineering, including dams and power stations, water and sewage treatment plants, roadways, and structures both large and small.

For the English as a Second Language program, it requires a minimum IELTS score of 3.0; for entry into English for Academic Purposes, a minimum IELTS score of 4.5 is required.
Both programs run full-time for 8 months. Students beginning in English as a Second Language will then take an additional 8 months full-time of English for Academic Purposes before moving into their program of study.
