This eight-month graduate certificate program will help you acquire a comprehensive background in the functions of human resources from both theoretical and practical perspectives.
The focus of the program is on applied, relevant and current learning with opportunities to interact directly with industry professionals, and learn from qualified and award-winning faculty.

As an international student, you have the option of learning English at Seneca's English Language Institute (ELI) before starting your professional program.
There are eight (8) levels in the ELI that are seven (7) weeks in length each. There are six (6) start dates per year: January, March, May, July, September and November.
If you apply to a professional program and you do not meet Seneca’s English requirements, you may receive an Offer of Admission to your program that is conditional upon completion of the English Language Institute.
The college will use your English test score to place you at the most appropriate ELI level. If you do not have an English score, you will take a placement test when you arrive on campus.

After finishing Level 8, You will receive a Certificate of Standing from the ELI and you will be automatically registered in your program at Seneca. You will not have to take another English test.
