The Master of Human Resource Management at RMIT focuses on a diverse global workforce.
Develop critical awareness of the legal, ethical, social, economic and environmental challenges and implications of HR strategy, operations, processes and decision-making.
Upon graduating, you will understand the application of HR practice within small and medium enterprises, including start-ups, entrepreneurial firms, multinational corporations, and the public and not-for-profit sectors.
This program meets the needs of people with no previous formal HR qualifications who wish to enter the HR profession, as well as people with extensive experience who want to update their knowledge of contemporary global thinking.
Management practitioners, lecturers from industry, guest speakers and industry-relevant projects underpin the work-integrated learning components of this degree.

You must have successfully completed an Australian bachelor's degree (or equivalent overseas qualification) or higher level qualification in any discipline from a recognised tertiary institution.
1.5 year duration
You must have successfully completed:
An Australian Bachelor's degree, (or equivalent overseas qualification) or higher level qualification in a business (or related) discipline from a recognised tertiary institution completed within the last 10 years.
OR
An Australian bachelor's degree (or equivalent overseas qualification) in any discipline from a recognised tertiary institution completed within the last 10 years and a minimum of three years of full-time equivalent management experience*.
OR
The RMIT Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management.
*Qualification must have been completed within the last 10 years.
Upon successful completion of the Graduate Certificate, you will have the opportunity to progress to the Master's degree.
