At Laurentian, you can also choose to focus your degree on obtaining specialized knowledge in sustainability and the environment or extractive metallurgy and mineral processing.
Courses focus on organic and physical chemistry, chemical and biological processes and reactions, and design, among other subjects.

Academically admissible applicants who do not present appropriate English Proficiency Requirements will be automatically offered a conditional offer of admission based on completion of the English for Academic Preparation (EAP) program at Laurentian University’s Language Institute.

2 terms (students will be placed in EAP level 1 or 2 by Cambrian College); The length of EAP programs is 13 weeks for each level.

You must submit language test results that can automatically place you at a level within the EAP program. If you do not submit any test score, you will be placed at EAP level 1.
